What's what: Saunaclubs, Pauschalclubs & Swingerclubs

With the entry into force of the Prostitutes Protection Act (ProSchG) on 1 July 2017, the era of all-inclusive clubs came to an end - clubs with flat-rate sex offers are no longer permitted in Germany. The approximately 50 establishments affected by this have reacted differently to the new situation. Essentially, three procedures have emerged:

a. the consistent closure of the clubb. the change of the business concept to a sauna club operationc. the conversion into a so-called coin club, in which the right to a limited number of sexual services is acquired upon payment of the entrance fee

Nevertheless, a fundamental understanding of the flat-rate club concept is still relevant both in terms of the differences to sauna clubs and in terms of similarities with the latter, as many of the remaining former flat-rate clubs will continue to be of the same "old breed" even after they have been redesigned. The following text describes the situation as it was until the Prostitutes Protection Act came into force:

What is the difference between Saunaclubs and Pauschalclubs? The answer seems obvious: sauna clubs are recreational sites where you can have sex with the club girls who work there. The club keeps out of this matter, the ladies work for their own account, sex is purely a matter of negotiation between whore and customer. In contrast to this, in so-called Pauschalclubs  you pay a fee - a flat rate - to the club for a certain program or for a day ticket and have thus compensated all costs for sexual services; within the scope of the booked ticket you can fuck or get a blowjob as often as you want and as often as you can. By the way, the word " Pauschal" is not a Latin or Greek foreign word, as many think, but it is derived from the Middle High German "busch", which means as much as " bulge".Unfortunately, the distinction between Saunaclubs and Pauschalclubs is not always so simple. Real sauna clubs such as FKK First, The Palace Frankfurt, Golden Time Brüggen, Globe Zürich, FKK Babylon, FKK Oase, Sakura FKK, FKK Frankfurt Mainhattan, The Paradise Stuttgart, FKK Palmas or Happy Garden do not usually interfere in price negotiations between whores and clients, but in their function as hosts they have to regulate the organisation of the event and organise the attendance lists of the ladies. The house also functions as an arbitration board for disputes between the ladies and the customers as well as between the girls themselves. The club is therefore not in a position to evade a certain level of responsibility.

This can also be expressed in the fact that the club sets the prices that it considers should be taken by the women in its home for certain sexual services. FKK and sauna clubs also have the possibility of prohibiting potential clients from entering, which is also known as door policy. Many sauna clubs advertise openly with all-inclusive service prices, such as the so-called RTC clubs FKK Luderland, FKK Freude 39, FKK Villa Venus, FKK Grimbergsauna, FKK Verena, FKK Dietzenbach or many of the smaller Swiss sauna clubs such as FKK Basel, Sexpark Oberentfelden, Dilaila Gontenschwil, Aegi Life, FKK Gebi Gebenstorf or FKK Plan B Windisch. A further real or apparent distincitve feature between sauna clubs and flat-rate clubs is their recreational character. Sauna clubs are spa and leisure resorts with all-round catering, Pauschalclubs are pure dens of vice in which people fuck at flat-rate intervals. But also many Pauschalclubs offer appealing spa facilities and catering, even if you can not compare a premium club like FKK Sharks with a provincial flat-rate club. A good clue for identifying Pauschalclubs is their affinity to party venues, where you can have fun with hobby whores and hobby sluts willing to mate for a comparatively small entrance fee. These locations in turn have their roots in the swingers clubs with their men's surplus and gangbang parties. Whichever club you go to, fuck'n fun and hot chicks can be found everywhere.Swingers ClubsA swingers club is a meeting place for people who want to act out their sexuality with different partners, without having to submit to certain moral concepts. As a rule there are no prostitutes working here who offer sexual services for money. There are also clubs for couples as well as clubs for individuals. It is not absolutely necessary to offer an additional recreational site, as is usual in sauna clubs. The expression "swinger" is derived from the English term "to swing", which means to move freely, to rock. In the second half of the 20th century, swinging became popular and gained more and more supporters. In swinger clubs you can live out any fantasy you want, without taboos. Depending on the club, only couples or only individuals have access. In addition, many swinger clubs offer different theme areas, such as a darkroom, a playground for group sex or a glory hole. In larger swingers clubs you can also enjoy SM rooms or whirlpools. The price range is up to 150 EUR per person, depending on the gender distribution. Women and sometimes also couples often get free admission.
